Company details

Solmarixa operates as a vehicle performance specialist in New Zealand. We undertake ECU remapping, exhaust tuning and staged upgrade services. All work is carried out by qualified technicians and tested on a chassis dyno where applicable.
Customer invoices, warranty terms and statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are provided with each service. See Terms below for liability limits and service guarantees.
Terms of Service — Summary
Services are provided under the following key points:
- Work scope is agreed in writing before commencement.
- Performance upgrades may affect warranty and insurance; customers must notify insurers as required.
- Claims for faulty work must be reported within 14 days of discovery; remedies include repair or refund as required under NZ law.
- Liability is limited to direct costs of repair or refund; indirect or consequential loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy & data subject requests
Under New Zealand privacy law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold. Use the form to submit a request. We may require identity verification and reasonable time to respond.
We aim to respond within 20 working days. If we cannot comply we will explain reasons and provide complaint options.

All content on this site is owned by Solmarixa or used with permission. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, provide a written notice including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- Location of the infringing material on our site (URL).
- Your contact details and a statement of good faith belief.
- A signature (electronic signature accepted) and date.

Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Parties will attempt to resolve disputes by negotiation or mediation before initiating court proceedings. Consumer disputes may be directed to the relevant consumer protection body or the Disputes Tribunal where applicable.
Nothing in these terms excludes statutory rights under New Zealand consumer protection legislation.
